Returns & Warranty

1.Glace will not only cover “New” Dead on Arrival (DOA/Defective) items,but also provide 1 year warranty.

2.If DOA items they must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

3.DOA item must have no sign of USE (ie. scratches).

4.Any quality problem within 1 year warranty, It will be resend in your next order for replacement and please provide proof.

5.Erroneous items to your order need to be reported to Glace no later than 48 hours after “signed for” delivery.

6.Glace is unable to honor warranties and/or returns if the item is damaged by misuse/abusive or improper care.

7.All sales final. No returns except DOA.
